Events and Strategic Partnerships Marketing ManagerThis role is based in Texas, you will be required to be onsite at our Frisco, TX office likely 1-2 times a week, with some flexibility around this. We will only consider candidates who are at a commutable distance to Frisco or Dallas and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the Role:
- Event planning and management activities like creating event concepts, securing venues, and coordinating vendors and logistics.
- Via collaboration, plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, seminars, webinars, networking sessions and more.
- Coordinate with speakers and approving speaker notes.
- Team with key Leadership and cross functional teams like Sales, Innovations team, Product, Marketing, Brand, PR, and others to align with overall business goals.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate on the overarching Partner communications strategy to deliver high-impact, umbrella messaging plans to weave an ongoing narrative.
- Create post-event reports/analysis and optimization loops to analyze initiatives performance and gather feedback
- Direct execution of Sales and Partner-specific communications, including:
- Multi-media content like engagement emails (e.g. invitations to events, though leadership blogs, etc.), social media posts, digital and video assets, and any others as needed.
- Creates Sales toolkits including channel and partner-specific pitch decks, data sheets, collateral and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure objectives align with overall business goals.
- Support a variety of sales channels with content, sales materials, strategy, programs, training, and sales tools to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and growth.
- Identify project milestones and goals, and manage assigned project deliverables to ensure timely delivery.
About You:
- At least 7+ years (we’d love more!) of experience in a Partner marketing and events management role.
- Excellent communication skills and expertise in creating and delivering presentations.
- Proven success building strong rapport and relationships as well as working collaboratively and cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product and Engineering teams.
- Exceptional project and time management skills, willingness to take initiative, try new things, and work as a team.
- Ability to think innovatively and act independently using sound judgment in an ever-evolving environment; the ability to pivot quickly is critical for this role
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to be able to enter, calculate and summarize data for reporting and presentations.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills and solid attention to detail.
- Quick learner who proactively owns the role.
- Creative thinker who likes bringing new ideas to existing projects.
- Enjoy working within a close-knit, functional team.

The starting pay range for this position is $95,890.00-$157,540.00. McAfee takes into consideration an individual’s skillset, experience and location in making final salary determinations. For further details, please discuss with the Talent Acquisition Partner.
