Description
- Schedule events with stakeholders, oversee calendars, and handle event bookings.- Coordinate the logistics for large office moves and lab equipment moves.- Oversee furniture layouts and venue set-ups and support the campus event supplies. - Support the operations of standard furniture repairs and daily work orders.- Create and maintain detailed databases, Keynotes, and SOPs to track all aspects of the MAC program.- Implement basic program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.- Must be comfortable using interpersonal skills interfacing with all levels of the organization while working cross-functionally on a variety of tasks and projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or 5 years of relevant work experience.
- 3 + years of hands-on experience working in a fast-paced multi-facility environment with a focus on operations, project management, and administrative services.
- Experience working with iOS, macOS, iWork, MS Office, Excel, and Keynote is a high priority.

- Ability to resolve issues and ensure positive client experience.
- Must have the flexibility to handle last-minute changes and requests.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the desire to drive initiatives.
- Very responsive and carries a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $25.10 and $37.65/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
