Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Deliver end of week status summaries with achievements, watch points, and next steps documented for the team.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Developing, managing, and tracking IT projects, from start to implementation and supporting transition.
Forecasting, managing, tracking, and reporting project progress, issues, budget, and scope changes to achieve successful project completion, on-time, and within budget.
Minimum Requirements:
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Software Development, Engineering Technology.
Strong documentation skills to capture the key details of each working session, extract action items and deliverables, maintain tracking of all action items and deliverables and ensure they are completed on time in a cross functional team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.
