Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers operating across multiple high-impact projects
  • Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from onboarding to value realization—ensuring a smooth and high-impact rollout
  • Develop and refine scalable implementation methodologies that balance standardization with flexibility
  • Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Data, and Delivery to align efforts and deliver value to our clients
  • Travel regularly to client sites (primarily in North America and Europe) to support field implementation and strengthen relationships
  • Act as a strategic advisor to both internal stakeholders and external client teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading SaaS implementation processes, ideally in a B2B or enterprise environment
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling customer-facing teams (Implementation, Customer Success, or Professional Services)
  • Strong operational and project management skills with experience leading complex multi-stakeholder engagements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly
  • Bonus: Background in the construction industry or experience working with general contractors
