Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in aTechnical Program Management or Engineering role.
  
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Experience building, shipping, and iterating on customer facing experiences including AI experiences.
• Experience driving holistic program approach including,specs, working with engineering, and delivering results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer listening and requirement gathering.
• Comfortable diving deep into complex architectural landscapes and ability to quickly understand technical and programmatic concepts, flows, and design.
• Effective communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation.
• Approach all work with a growth mindset, customer obsession, and relentless curiosity.
• Drive for results that align with organizational priorities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to reachdesiredoutcomes.
• Experience identifyingtechnical needs and gaps and clearly articulating andprioritizing forprogram stakeholders.
