- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of senior leadership experience in technical writing, content strategy or web development.
- 15 years of experience working with and influencing senior-level executives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Track record of driving transformational initiatives based on business and user needs.
- Ability to grasp and apply the general concepts of a technical domain to analyzing problems, providing insights, communicating technical information, and acquiring knowledge across technical domains.
- Ability to use knowledge and expertise to influence the direction or strategy of related content in adjacent domains and across the organization.
- Ability to digest business and technical requirements to evaluate new opportunities and assess impacts to cross-functional teams.
- Excellent thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and addressing ambiguous or new problems spanning multiple systems/organizations.
