As an Assembly & Test Technician Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for performing assembly and testing of products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. You will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient and accurate assembly and testing processes. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our assembly and testing processes, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

• 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday

• Perform assembly and testing of products according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Inspect and troubleshoot products to identify and resolve any issues or defects.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly and testing activities.
• Work with the production team to improve assembly and testing processes.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Due to US export control laws, must be a US Citizen, permanent resident, or have protected status.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in assembly and testing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately.

• Associate's degree in a technical field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing ethics.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
