• Excellent visual and interaction design skills and a keen understanding of trends in the marketplace – in and out of retail.

• track record working c ross-functionally in shipping successful physical environments and services at scale.

• bility to communicate concepts in a clear and compelling way to audiences of all levels of understanding and levels of seniority .

• demonstrable understanding of retail and deep experience building experiences that drive revenue.

• aesthetic that brings together brand expressions and systems thinking. You practice universal design and believe in inclusion.

• expertise in the built environment and how people move through space and make decisions.

• xperience with business requirement gathering, end-to-journey mapping, facilitating sessions like Design Sprints , conducting competitive analysis, and leading rapid concepting and prototyping .

• Ability to consume deep strategic data and insights to produce meaningful experiences for customers and members.

• A strategic mindset and a system thinking approach to taking the complex and make it simple. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can motivate teams and partners.

Preferred qualifications:

• Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and 7+ year s of experience in product design .

• Experience in Environmental Design or Service Design

• Have a fantastic portfolio of elegant design solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
