Responsibilities

  • Drive and own Technical Program Management for the IDX Platform initiatives with touchpoints around the globe (MTV/LA/ISR/IDC).
  • Manage a portfolio of programs aligned with one of the IDX Platform’s strategiccapability domains, while partnering with the core leadership as a trusted advisor andenabler.
  • Build trust and drive change on the most critical and complex programs across Intuitorganizations & across geographies.
  • Partner with the product delivery team to unblock/guide program teams’ delivery andoperate smoothly.
  • Develop a program structure and drive a program operating rhythm to bring togethercomplex, cross-organizational teams.
  • Drive creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases of planning,development, and production readiness and launch.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in executive teams, product management &engineering, and various cross-functional teams to effectively drive towards programoutcomes.
  • Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical issues and dependencies that needaction and drive them through to closure.
  • Communicate results clearly and in actionable form.
  • Effectively balance business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Communicate progress across the organization and at all levels; includes programstatus, risks, dependencies and change control.
  • Partner with the leadership team to create an environment where the teams arerecognized and feel encouraged to the point that they want to work on your program(s).

  • Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos.
  • Work well with others when conflicts arise, with the ability to influence others at all levelsto work towards desired outcomes.
  • Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent degree. Experience inplatform organization is a plus.
  • Proven experience driving organizational change.
  • 10+ years of Program Management team leadership experience, including 8 or moreyears leading multiple complex technology-focused programs.
  • Extensive experience driving programs across multiple business units with differingbusiness requirements.
  • Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, andability to influence at all levels.
  • Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships toinfluence across organizational boundaries.
  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences visuallycommunicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevantsuccess criteria. Extensive experience in the same.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering thebest outcome of complex programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technologyprograms with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in product or customer data integration platforms is a plus.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
