What You'll Do
- Lead commercial relationships for retail categories within Uber Eats, developing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBP) while driving strategic growth.
- Manage multiple merchant partnerships through weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with catalog and operations teams to enhance the consumer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators and promotional plans tailored to each category and specialty store.
- Oversee financial tasks, including invoicing and managing overdue accounts.
What You'll Need
- Experience in sales or trade marketing , particularly in mass consumption companies and/or retail.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and sales skills to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Outstanding executive communication skills, fostering strong partnerships and teamwork.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify, quantify, and execute opportunities .
- English proficiency is key!
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple merchant relationships while ensuring attention to detail and swift execution.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets , with a curiosity for reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.
- Experience working remotely with international teams.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
