Understand and document the order management workflow for direct sales, channel partners and renewal processes
Identify the changes and help measure the impact, as new customer engagement tools are rolled out within the sales organization
Document the future state of sales workflow based on the new solutions incorporated
Work with Backoffice teams to identify potential areas of improvement and suggest appropriate solutions to improve efficiency or remove operational bottlenecks
Participate in testing newly developed Sales Dashboards and various KPIs
CRM management: Work with Salesforce Admin to run health check on accounts and assist in cleanup
Learn about Verint products and technology, as well as industry trends and technology sales.
Minimum Requirements:
Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales, Operations, or a relevant field
Excellent academic performance
Possess excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated team working skills
Possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential
Should be open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable
Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
Preferred Requirements:

Excellent communicator

Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, Salesforce, Power BI are a plus.
