What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and own the monitoring framework interfacing with various applications.
- Lead and collaborate with Developers, Product teams, and Business stakeholders to support new feature launches and service deployments.
- Enhance deployment automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth research to optimize existing systems and prevent issues.
- Drive improvements in system reliability, analytics, and automated reporting.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
- Take proactive measures to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Act as a key point of escalation for critical production issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
- Improve and refine on-call support processes and incident management strategies.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and operations.
- Strong expertise in Java 8, Shell Scripting, and SQL/no-SQL Databases (MongoDB, MS SQL, Cassandra, Cosmos DB, Elastic).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proficiency in caching and messaging solutions (Kafka, Megacache, Couchbase).
- Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools (Splunk, Medusa, Kibana).
- Familiarity with React, Mobile SDKs, and functional programming languages like F#.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on automation.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
