This role, Director - Films & Series Marketing, is based in Mumbai and will report to the Vice President, Marketing, India
Responsibilities- Leading a talented team of creative marketing professionals responsible for Original Films & Series Marketing.
- Providing direction and strategic guidance to the team for campaign development across all aspects of a campaign: creative, media, and overall business connect
- Integral contributor to overall marketing strategy as part of the India Marketing Leadership team, and building Films & Series Marketing strategy
- Cross functional collaboration working deeply with content, PR, comms, product, legal and other cross functional teams and peers to drive campaign & business impact
- Building strong relationships both internally with cross functional partners and externally with critical industry stakeholders, key talent, showrunners, directors, and production houses Budget management for Films & Series Marketing Building and fostering agency relationships (creative & media agencies) and managing them to deliver outstanding work
- Defining and implementing workflows, processes, checking and refining them to ensure smooth 360 functioning of work between teams and functions

Experience, Skills & Attributes- 15-20 years of experience in building strategic and creative consumer marketing campaigns
- Entertainment marketing experience (in marketing films / series, content marketing)
- Exceptional relationship building skills - with teams, peers, cross functional partners, external stakeholders
- Proven track record of building impactful, world-class 360 degree campaigns that connect with audiences and break through the cultural zeitgeist
- Experience in leading high performance teams, with a knack of team building and fostering a highly collaborative environment
- Experience with strategizing and executing across different channels (paid, owned & earned) and audiences
- Experience managing a high volume of campaign & campaign types in parallel
- Demonstrated experience of creative excellence across multiple campaigns & brands
- Consumer-first thinking and insights and how they translate into campaign strategy and execution
- Rich understanding of the media, entertainment and cultural landscape and how it influences brand & content marketing
- Ability to structure, organize and manage a complex, challenging and dynamic work environment of both internal and external stakeholders and campaign timelines
