• Interest in co-driving talent initiatives, including learning programs and employee engagement activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Communication and connect with stakeholders:
  • Lead and conduct interactive sessions such as business knowledge series, ampersand conversations with leaders
  • Draft and publish the GDS Operations Newsletter and IKIGAI Bulletin, sourcing inputs from various functions and locations.
• Driving GDS Operations Priorities
  • Program manage, monitor and report progress on Ops priorities
  • Be the Ops business-lead to plan and drive central strategic projects that come time to time basis strategic importance to the organization
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to co-drive learning and engagement programs, including the IKIGAI University learning program, the Ops Talent Factory (freshers’ hiring initiative), and broader employee engagement initiatives for GDS Ops.
  • Co-develop and drive IKIGAI Awards, the flagship recognition program for GDS Operations
• Troubleshooting Projects in operations:
  • Critically analyse pain points / issues and create task forces for formulating and implementing resolutions within defined timeframes
