You will work with a Business Process Manager and a team of functional subject-matter experts (SMEs) across Sales, Sales Finance, Operations and Technology to identify bottlenecks, design scalable solutions, and lead initiatives from concept to measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for defining high-impact goals, breaking them into actionable work streams, and driving successful delivery. Regular international travel is required, as in-person collaboration is critical to understanding local workflows and ensuring practical, scalable process design. Additionally, flexibility to work across different time zones to support, and collaborate with globally distributed stakeholders is essential.
