As a Wholesale Credit Risk Administration- Associate within Wholesale Credit Risk Administration, you will support the Commercial & Investment Banking Credit Risk organization with governance and oversight for credit (covenant) monitoring, financial statement spreading and other risk operational activities. Wholesale Credit Risk Administration is responsible for driving continuous improvement within Commercial & Investment Banking and with key stakeholders, enhancing controls, and maximizing operational excellence by employing a holistic view. Our team's responsibilities include procedure governance, monitoring and oversight of credit processes/controls, project management, and credit risk support.

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise to Wholesale Credit Risk for processes, controls and information related to Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) Risk Operations functions.
  • Participate in initiatives involving WLS Risk Operations and other operational teams.
  • Develop and maintain resources for Wholesale Credit Risk to enable effective communication with, and utilization of, Risk Operations activities.
  • Facilitate distribution of information, reporting and metrics to Wholesale Credit Risk related to Risk Operations activities.
  • Collaborate with Risk Operations partners to identify process gaps, determine root causes, recommend solutions, and perform remediation.
  • Promote Wholesale Credit Risk’s priorities related to technology solutions utilized in Risk Operations processes.
  • Perform and manage ad hoc tasks and initiatives requested by Wholesale Risk Administration to drive consistency, improve compliance and risk management.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least three years of professional experience related to financial services, risk management, control management or compliance
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
  • Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
  • High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and ski

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Credit Agreement Monitoring Platform (CAMP) and iSPRESO systems.
