• Support Field Service Team about tool trouble shooting, CIP implementation, technical info consulting
• Work with field service team forissue/escalation/solutionper escalation process
• Conduct Technical Material/Training to Field Service Team and customer

Minimum Qualifications

• BS or above degree in electronic engineering, material science.
• BS (+5Y ~) or MS (+3Y)
• Installation/Trouble shooting/Maintenance experience of PVD/Etch/CVD process over 3 years.
