• Lead and oversee the programmanagement office for defense and space programs
• Develop and implement programmanagement strategies and best practices
• Ensure compliance with programmanagement standards and guidelines
• Manage program performance metricsand reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to drive program success
• Provide leadership and guidance tothe program management team
• Develop and maintain relationshipswith key stakeholders

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 8 years of experience inprogram management or related roles
• Prior experience in a leadership ordirector-level role
• Strong leadership and peoplemanagement skills
• Excellent strategic thinking andproblem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence and negotiatewith stakeholders at all levels within a matrix
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Proven experience executing programsand delivering successful outcomes
• Ability to coach and develop other programmanagers
• Strong focus on building a stronginfrastructure for the program management team • Bachelor's degree in Business,Engineering, or related field
• Experience in a global organization
• Experience in leading large-scaleprogram management teams
• Strong analytical and data-drivendecision-making skills
