Increasing access and usability of this new “electricity” is further enabled through improved connections with our developers and the open source ecosystem.

In this role you will work with key leaders in CSE of the AI and Developer Engineering organizations and their direct reports to enable them to be more efficient and effective in their roles. Tasks will range from daily calendar management to travel arrangements and expenses, coordination of group events, seminars and the like.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Administrative Assistant or related work experience.

Associate's degree and 6+ years of Administrative Assistant or related work experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of Administrative Assistant or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with SVPs.

  • 5+ years of experience working in a global, matrixed organization.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Offers sophisticated support to the VP of Engineering, department VPs, and Senior Directors.

  • Serves as a knowledgeable resource for company and departmental policies.

  • Assembles data from multiple sources and crafts detailed correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations with proper syntax and grammar.

  • Oversees complex calendar management for executives, making autonomous decisions about scheduling to optimize their time and resources.

  • Skillfully performs various administrative tasks such as procurement processes, expense report submissions, office file maintenance, and arranging shipments.

  • Organizes comprehensive domestic and intricate international travel for executives, including flights, accommodations, and car rentals, along with an advanced understanding of visa requirements and expense reporting.

  • Handles, screens, forwards, or replies to phone calls both inside (with exposure to management) and outside the company.

  • Plans and coordinates diverse and multifaceted meetings like luncheons, conferences, developer meetups, and team-building events involving external parties.

  • Guides other administrative staff in their duties.

  • Proposes innovative enhancements to streamline administrative processes; develops ways to implement suggestions into actionable procedures.

Pay range:

$34.49 - $51.73
