Sales, Strategic Development Leader - Hospital Patient Monitoring (NYC Metro, Field-Based)
Job DescriptionStrategic Development Leaderby advancing patient monitoring solutionsthat improve outcomes, enhance patient experiences, and optimize clinical workflows.
Your role:
- Develop and execute a 5-year strategic growth plan to achieve the HPMbusiness unit’s OIT and revenue targets andLeverage market insights to identify disruptive opportunities in patientmonitoring, AI algorithms, and integrated care models
- Build and maintain governance models, including quarterly business reviewsand performance tracking, to address customer entitlements, executionrisks andPromote cross-functional collaboration between technical, clinical, andcommercial team
- Cultivate relationships with strategic partners like AWS, Medidata,academic institutions to advance algorithm development and clinicalinnovation toDrive collaboration across internal teams
- Develop and promote newecosystem offerings, including Enterprise Patient Link and advanced AI

- You’ve acquired 10+ years in strategic leadership roles within healthcare, medical devices, orrelated industries andProven track record of driving innovation and growth in complex, cross-functional organizations
- Your skills includeExpertise in value-based healthcare models, digital transformation, and AI-driven solutions
- You have aBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Engineering, ora related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
