In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic Online priorities through launch, and driving the program-level closed-loop process for better efficiencies and improvements. You will own and manage the detailed Online plan of record, connecting all workstreams, program timelines and deliverables, and ensuring smooth operations of all execution workstreams. Through the program lifecycle, you will manage leadership and partner communications, ensuring alignment and clarity. Analyze and track new and emerging risks, and develop comprehensive risk mitigation & contingency plans.Responsibilities Include:Collaborate on and influence Online strategy at launch. Own and deliver content + features plan with clear deliverables & timelines. Track and manage evolving priorities with appropriate trade-offs. (With WWPM, Marcom, Digital Merchandising, Finance and Retail Commercial teams)Drive detailed operational and systems plan of record and implementation, and managing readiness across internal and external systems (With Ops, RCC and IS&T)
