Select Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account leadership to develop and implement action plans that support account growth strategies, ensuring alignment with global account leadership.
  • Assist in facilitating semi-annual account planning and quarterly sessions to align strategies and actions effectively.
  • Identify changes to key executives, potential connection points, and materials of interest to create and deepen client relationships.
  • Work across functions to enhance client experience and relationship-building activities, advocating for relevant sector strategies and priority service offerings.
  • Provide curated, highly relevant knowledge to account teams focusing on business analysis, research, competitive intelligence, and firm thought leadership to deepen client relationships and expand opportunities.
  • Assist in the activation of curated solutions and managed services within the account by collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter resources (SMRs).
  • Build and maintain internal firm relationships to ensure cohesive account management and effective routing of operational matters.
  • Support project management for key deal pursuits, assisting with connections to pursuit resources for proposal responses.
  • Co-develop and deliver onboarding processes for new leadership and team members within the account.
  • Drive continuous improvement as a change agent for digital tools and processes adoption.
  • Champion the effective utilization of established in-house technologies, providing persuasive insights and hands-on guidance to senior personnel.
  • Leverage firm wide tools for relationship mapping, white spot analysis, and innovation initiatives to drive growth.
  • Share knowledge collaboratively with peers and interdependencies

Professional Experience

  • 7-9 years of experience in a professional services firm, with a focus on sales enablement preferred.
  • Experience in internal or external consulting, particularly within a global matrixed organization, is advantageous.
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative research and analysis methodologies to synthesize information and provide executive summaries of essential insights.

Knowledge and Skills

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and consultative skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent networking abilities and emotional intelligence to build strong relationships.
  • Agility in navigating ambiguity and a proactive approach to taking initiative in a dynamic environment.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
  • Experience in leveraging in house financial reporting tools to perform data analysis and presentation creation.
  • Familiarity with project management and procurement portals is preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI to develop meaningful summaries, recommended actions, and enhance messaging and pitch decks, including validating and refining AI outputs.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in negotiations with internal stakeholders and peers.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft BI and sales/account management tools.
