We are currently searching forCreative PartnershipsManagereCorporatearketingteam in our Seattle headquarterswho willorchestrateand oversee creative projects that align with F5 brand identity and businessobjectives, acting as a bridgebetweenstakeholders, the internal creative team,and external creative agencies

Creative Partnerships Manageron theCorporateketing team, you willensure projects can be communicated,createdand deliveredthe needs of stakeholders with those of the internal creative team and external creative agencies. You will translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs, and ensure that all parties have a shared understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables. You will be a detective, asking the right questions to help stakeholders better plan for incoming projects.You will embrace a support and leadership mindsetknowing how and when to balance each at the highest level.Your success in this role will be measured by delivering high-quality creative projects that drive business results, fostering strong internal and external partnerships, and contributing to the company's overall growth.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables

  • Support strategy, communication, and deliverables to, for, and with agencies with a focus on efficiency, value, and clarity.

  • Manage the day-to-day interactions with agencies, ensuring smooth workflows andtimelydelivery of services

  • Identifyand mitigate potential risks, includingstakeholdersatisfaction, off-target work,or project delays

  • Identifyopportunities for process improvements and work with the internal team and agencies to implement changes.

  • Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly report violations of the Code or other company policies

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Ability to build relationships, credibility, and trust, balancing multiplestakeholderneeds effectively
  • Understanding of brand identity and marketing principles
  • Ability to analyze and interpret businessobjectivesto inform creative strategies
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs, discovering project requirements and potential challenges

You have:

  • A track recordof successleadinginternal and external creative partnershipsfor a brand or product with meaningful results in the market
  • 5+yearsofrelevantexperience
  • Bachelor’s Degree

The annual base pay for this position is: $86,400.00 - $129,600.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
