About The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with data, understands the nuances of compensation design, and thrives at the intersection of strategy, detail, and storytelling.

  • Own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of equity and executive compensation programs , ensuring they are market-competitive, performance-aligned, and cost-effective.
  • Build and maintain complex compensation models to support forecasting, budgeting, equity planning, dilution modeling, and scenario planning across all reward programs.
  • Conduct in-depth analytics to evaluate the effectiveness, competitiveness, and fairness of compensation structures—uncovering trends related to retention, performance, and pay equity.
  • Develop compelling data visualizations and insights that help HR, Finance, and leadership teams understand and act on compensation data.
  • Partner closely with Legal and Finance to prepare high-quality materials and data-backed recommendations for the Compensation Committee and board meetings.
  • Monitor market trends and best practices to bring innovative thinking into our Total Rewards strategy.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation, with a focus on equity and/or executive compensation.
  • Exceptional analytical and modeling skills , with fluency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of equity compensation structures (e.g. RSUs, ESPP, burn rate, overhang, dilution).
  • Proven ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and executive-level storytelling.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and preparing materials for Compensation Committees is a significant advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and driven by curiosity and continuous improvement.
