Assistant Marketing Manager MG
In this role, you have the opportunity to
- Act as Assistant Marketing Manager to join the highly successful Philips personal health business. You will enter the fast-paced, multinational environment of Philips in Hong Kong.
You are responsible for
- Assist Marketing Manager to define marketing and portfolio strategy and plan in male grooming category
- Develop business strategy and lead end-to-end marketing strategy and plan that include but not limited to new product launch/phase in and out plan, brand building campaigns, media maximization, lead generation and conversion initiatives in liaison with sales, distributors and the product creation groups to meet the planned results
- Co-own and manage marketing budget with Marketing Manager to deliver respective business result
- Lead and manage internal stakeholders on business operation cycle and external agency partners on creative development and media planning
- Develop and lead BTL execution on POSM, display and merchandising to maximize Philip brands visibility in both offline & online channels
- Own the demand forecast and manage inventory of respective channel

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree holder or above, business disciplined is preferred
- At least 5 years of brand management, integrated marketing role from MNC/ FMCG/ Retail business/ eCOM, prior experience in electronic retail, matrix organization with Greater China experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, problem solving, analytical skill with data back up
- Detail-minded and excellent project management skills, and being able to influence and manage stakeholders
- Forward-thinking, strategic, and courageous leadership skills
- Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
