Driving the governance framework for Services particularly for BRCC Committee and Business Risk & Control Forums covering Operational and Compliance Risks to ensure consistency and adequate oversight.
Ensuring compliance with Governance Policy requirements including defining implementation strategy within Services, procedures, governance and reporting and stakeholder guidance.
Coordinate Services BRCC including integration of materials, stakeholder engagement, following up on action items and senior management preparation.
Serve as liaison between Services and GBRCC for agenda topics, materials and actions items.
Drive TTS product governance: Drive clarity and understanding of the Product Governance process which covers New Activity and Product Approval Program requirements, business implementation approach, process improvement, and management reporting.
Drive Services escalation program in line with Escalation Standard requirements
Drive for the Services Booking Controls Program reequipments ensuring compliance with booking control policy and standard.
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years' managerial experience
Experience managing teams with broad accountability in a complex environment
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional organization
Ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical actions
Proven track record and accountability in making quick decision that have an immediate impact on business financials.
Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level.
Ability to deliver multiple action items simultaneously in a timely and effective manner
Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging – both verbal and in writing
