You have a passion and background in software or security engineering.
You have 5+ years experience and success in leading engineering teams staffed with a range of experienced engineers to support work critical systems.
You are well versed in technical principles of high scale software engineering, operational excellence, and balancing performance, security, and reliability;
You’re deeply interested in organizational culture and health and have enough familiarity with
You have experience working with Identity, authentication and authorization protocols/frameworks (OpenID Connect, SCIM, OAuth or SAML).
You have a background working in Software Engineering, Security or IAM foundational roles.
Your background in people management includes working with highly technical engineers of varying backgrounds and levels of experience.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $190,000 - $920,000.
