Manager, Authentication Services Engineering
ResponsibilitiesRichmond, VA: $175,800 - $200,700 for Manager, Cyber Technical McLean, VA: $193,400 - $220,700 for Manager, Cyber Technical Plano, TX: $175,800 - $200,700 for Manager, Cyber TechnicalThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
Responsibilities
- Identity data management experience that includes provisioning, identity syncing, attribute schemas and databases.
- Manage enterprise cloud infrastructures in AWS.
- Perform vendor analysis, review and POC the potential replacements for MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager) and ADAM (Active Directory Application Mode)
- Analyze, enhance, and support the security posture of a highly complex, enterprise level authentication environment in a hybrid on-premise and cloud hosted configuration.
- Leverage cloud native services to modernize and automate operational processes
- Translate business needs into workable technology solutions that meet the needs of internal customers.
- Participate in or lead troubleshooting and incident resolution of complex, high severity incidents
- Develop automated solutions using scripts, pipelines, and cloud based server-less computing platforms
- Develop detailed architecture, standards, design, and implementation documentation
- Analyze the current Authentication Services environment to identify both technical and operational opportunities and develop continuous improvement action plans.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)
- At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- At least 2 years of experience with identity data management platforms
- At least 2 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- 4+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
- 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or another cloud service
- 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
- 2+ years of people management experience
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
