Our Salesforce practice drives enterprise Salesforce.com implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you'll become the main contact person for the client to manage their project to make sure it's delivered on-time and on-budget.
As a Senior Application Systems Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and integrating user interfaces across diverse platforms such as mobile, web, and tablet. Utilizing standard tools and agile methodologies, your contributions will be crucial in delivering technological solutions that drive our organization's revenue generation.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will identify customer requirements and develop front-end components and services that are integral to our software architecture. You will be expected to actively contribute to business processes or solutions, selecting methodologies judiciously to meet client service metrics, quality, risk management, business growth, and teaming objectives.
- Define and execute deliverables with efficiency
- Manage completion of deliverables and maintain engagement economics reports
- Track resource plans and budgets, and handle project statuses
- Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead
- Travel is required based on client needs, and you will be expected to maintain a chargeability level with billable hours to external clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A four-year Bachelor's degree is required in Computer Science or Engineering or related field
- Experience typically preferred is 2-4 years in a relevant field, implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more people, and have hands on experience with configuration and customizations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages (Java or C# preferred), SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML
- Minimum of 1 years of experience with Force.com platform programming in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
- Minimum of 1 years of experience with Force.com platform out-of-the-box functionality, including best practices regarding security and automation
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
- Familiarity with relational database concepts
- Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Willingness to travel based on client needs
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master's degree in one of these areas preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce App Builder Certification
- One or more of the following certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $186,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $121,700 to $211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
