As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions. You will be instrumental in understanding business requirements and defining the solution architecture that translates these requirements into effective, workable solutions. Your expertise will guide technical decisions to ensure they align with business outcomes, offering recommendations that propel the business forward.

In this role, you will focus on the effective management and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management. You will engage in continuous process improvement and the identification of innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
- Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more people, and have hands on experience with configuration and customizations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams of developers
- Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce.com technical architecture experience on enterprise projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages (Java or C# preferred), SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Force.com platform programming in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Force.com platform out-of-the-box functionality, including best practices regarding security and automation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce.com with external systems
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
- Familiarity with relational database concepts
- Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Willingness to travel based on client needs
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master's degree in one of these areas preferred
- Salesforce Application Architect Certification
- Salesforce System Architect Certification
- One or more of the following certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $137,700 to $252,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $165,200 to $286,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
