As a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and supporting complex projects within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. Your expertise in procurement strategies and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will ensure the successful execution of projects aligned with business goals. You will play a crucial role in driving procurement of materials and services in alignment with business needs. Your leadership skills and strategic mindset will contribute to the growth and success of our ISC initiatives. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable results. You will manage and support complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, meet quality standards and ensure compliance with company and government policies and procedures. Your ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement process improvements will be key in driving operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Right and Fast execution of strategies to align with business Growth and New Product Introductions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals
• Initiating the procurement of materials in support of business timelines and identifying and addressing any issues or risks in a timely manner
• Experience with US Government purchasing procedures and practices
• Provide regular updates on project status and key metrics

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,600 - $106,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, supply chain management or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing complex projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Data analytics tools such as Excel

• Working and/or Leading in Matrix and complex Team Environment
