ISC Project Management Specialist You will report directly to our Site Director, and you will work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our Americas Distribution Center by managing and coordinating projects, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure project objectives are met and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and coordinate projects within the Americas Distribution Center, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and provide regular reports on project performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• 3+ years’ experience with excel, V-look ups, pivot tables
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in supply chain or distribution center operations planning and demand management
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
