As a Summer Fellow in our ABP Fellowship program, you will be provided with an introduction to financial services and the firm. You will be exposed to our senior leaders and gain insight into how your diverse backgrounds and perspectives as financial services professionals might positively impact the future of people’s lives, the firm and our industry.

This opportunity will expose students to careers in financial services and include hands-on experience, mentorship, and a project-based curriculum, designed to help build a pathway to future employment opportunities. The ABP Fellowship Program is committed to providing early exposure and professional development opportunities to participants. Upon successful completion of the Fellowship Program, you will be considered for a 2026 Summer Internship offer. Successful completion of the internship is a significant step towards securing full-time employment with the firm.

Job responsibilities

• Proactively engage in learning opportunities to gain a comprehensive understanding of the firm's businesses, clients and customers.
• Actively pursue opportunities to enhance your professional development skills, including attending training sessions, and engaging with mentors.
• Prepare and present a curriculum-based project to an audience of senior stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Sophomore standing (expected graduation date of December 2026 through Summer 2027)
• Attends college/university in the U.S. (all majors considered) in good standing
• Demonstrates a significant commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion through, for example, campus activities community service work, and/or related leadership activity
• Possess a strong interest in developing professional skills for future opportunities in financial services

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Preferred minimum cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

Locations fellows may join:

• Newark, DE

Potential placement could include any of our offices within the city’s metropolitan area.

Track:Operations Analyst Program (OAP)

The Operations Analyst Program (OAP) Track is an introduction to a dynamic program designed to develop future leaders in operations. As Fellows you will have the opportunity to gain insight into working in a transformative environments, meant to enhance your skills and knowledge while delivering essential services to the firm and its clients. Key elements of this track:

• Operational Excellence: Learn how we support core operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering value to clients.
• Process Improvement: Discover how we utilize design thinking techniques to enhance processes and drive innovation.
• Data Utilization: Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize operations.
• Product Knowledge: Expand your understanding of the firm’s products and services to better support business objectives.
• Training and Development: Engage in immersive learning opportunities to develop both technical and professional skills.
