Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with content distribution, marketing and consumer protection laws and intellectual property legal issues.
  • Ability to issue spot and advise on legal implications, while understanding and furthering business objectives.
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with distribution and marketing teams and developing legal solutions to new and shifting territorial regulations and non-music collection societies.
  • Ideal candidate will have entertainment marketing, distribution, acquisition, licensing, and contract drafting and negotiation experience at a law firm, television network, streaming service and/or major/mini-major film studio.
  • Demonstrated adaptability in advising a variety of client teams driven by a diverse set of business objectives.
  • Comfort handling multiple projects on competing timelines.
  • Superior verbal and written communication and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $210,900 and $316,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
