What you'll do...
Responsibilities:
- Product Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive portfolio level strategies to drive growth across the organization.
- Product Ownership: Own the marketing and analytics product set, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering impactful results.
- Experimentation and Optimization: Design and run experiments to optimize marketing and analytics efforts, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, present findings, and drive consensus on marketing and analytics initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and analytics strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Identify key metrics, track performance, and continuously analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and optimize the user journey.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and optimization.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive the most significant business impact.
- Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation, increased efficiencies, and outsized impact.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years of product management experience with a focus on product growth, marketing, and analytics. Proven history of successful product launches and growth.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in using analytics with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics to diverse stakeholders. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Experience in developing and executing marketing and analytics strategies.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges. Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans.
- Customer Empathy: A strong sense of customer empathy and interest in supporting the organization's goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of domain experience working on growth in a product management role.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics and data driven product design
- Proven track record in product-led growth
- Strong proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Tableau, and PowerBI
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization techniques.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or equivalent is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages is a plus.
- Experience working with engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about user experience and customer-centric product development.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
