of non-core but critical functions, including HR, finance, tax, risk, and compliance. This approach enables organizations to navigate complex conditions and build a platform for long-term value creation.
Qualification requirements:
- Manager-level resources that can operate autonomously and act as “Working Managers”
- Significant experience with payroll, particularly international payroll and international tax
- Payroll certifications are nice to have, but not required (hands-on experience is most critical)
- Must have experience with Workday HCM
- Must have familiarity with payroll systems, including OneSource Virtual (OSV) for domestic payroll and TMF global for international payroll
Qualification requirements:
- Manager-level resources that can develop interfaces, reports, configure software, and troubleshoot
- Must have a strong technical background but also a functional skillset
- 7+ years of Workday HCM experience is required; must have exposure to all HCM modules, including Benefits, Absence, Talent, etc.
- Also need exposure to Workday Prism Analytics, Greenhouse Recruiting Software, Reflective, and Shareworks by Morgan Stanley
- Requires strong focus on customer service; must promptly respond to TPG employee inquiries and provide “white glove” service
