Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS):
  • Support build of integrations and core connections in Workday
  • Develop interfaces and reports
  • Trouble shooting within Workday

Payroll:

  • Support of International Payroll Administration in TMF
  • Support International Tax
  • Address Payroll Enquiries from employees

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and employee lifecycle frameworks.
  • Expertise in HRMS platforms such as Workday.
  • Experience in process improvement, workflow automation, and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, service orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of employment contracts, statutory requirements, and HR policy governance.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in HR operations, shared services and Workday administration/support.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certifications or experience with at least with at least one HR technology platform such as Workday.
