What you'll do:
Conduct end-to-end off-boarding processes for UK and Europe (e.g. settlement agreements, terminations, severance preparations).
Engage in the full administrative process required for off-boarding at Citi.
HR documents preparation.
Customer service (via SNOW system) in terms of employees and managers support in off-boarding related matters.
Assist with the management of all off-boarding related issues and provide advice and guidance on Citi policy and procedures.
Liaise with other Teams where appropriate.
Deliver HR Offboarding services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers, as well as possess the mindset to increase process effectiveness and efficiency.
Partner with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Country HR Officers (CHROs) on HR priorities in respective client populations to ensure delivery and implementation of HR Offboarding solutions.
Ensure escalated client/employee issues are resolved with urgency, and employment policies and practices are interpreted consistently.
Acts as Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Being a key contact for audit, Risk & control and compliance deliverables within the team for the supported countries.
In addition, the Warsaw-based Offboarding Delivery Partner has the following responsibilities:
Own Poland and Greece Offboarding processes, including Standard Operational Procedures, document templates, relevant trackers, training materials and support contingency plan
Own Poland Teta system offboarding process
Perform key coordinating tasks within the Offboarding teams for Europe/UK, such as RMS (Reduction in Force Management System) update/maintenance; IRM (Imaging and Records Management) update; SNOW (Service Now) queue management and reporting; solicitor invoice handling; etc.
What we'll need from you:
3-5 years of relevant experience in HR/Operations/Analytics.
Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Full proficiency in both Polish and English language (min. B2) is a must.
Knowledge of applicable policies and regulations
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision; Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
