Assembly Mechanic Level 4As an Assembly Mechanic Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for assembling and testing complex mechanical systems and components. Your expertise in mechanical assembly and attention to detail will ensure the quality and reliability of our products. You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a work schedule.In this role, you will play a critical role in the assembly process, ensuring the successful production of high-quality mechanical systems. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and performance of our products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Assemble and test complex mechanical systems and components
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and specifications
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve assembly processes

YOU MUST HAVE• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical assembly
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and specifications
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
WE VALUE• Technical degree or certification in mechanical assembly
• Experience with complex mechanical systems
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing ethics
