As a Data Process Manager, Sr. Associate, you will partner with Data Analysts in delivering flawlessly executed processes and data reports that improve business efficiency and drive results. You will work collaboratively with Data Analysis Leads, Tech teams and other Stakeholders as needed on tasks using a range of data sources and analytic tools to support critical business initiatives. You will partner with Operations Managers and leaders to track key metrics and support day-to-day management of business needs. You will manage and monitor processes to ensure they are followed correctly and contribute to ongoing process refinement.
Responsibilities of this role may include:
Create new report/dashboards as well as deploying enhancements to existing reports/dashboards
Create basic data scripts
Assist with data ecosystem and infrastructure enhancements
Perform and administrate release management
Manage reports and dashboards for Leaders/Stakeholders to track key metrics and support day to day management of the business
Modify data scripts necessitated by changes in upstream/downstream environments
Run and manage existing data production jobs while providing quality oversight on timely and accurate delivery
Contribute towards User Acceptance Testing for new data sources
Run the data product Governance process for the team
Day to day oversight of multiple processes: monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives; define, establish, and manage process controls; identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with other groups such as the Risk office, BRO and management; make final recommendations for approval on changes.
Collect, analyze and measure process data, to initiate sustainable business practices and procedures and for reporting to senior leadership and executives; review data for trends and gaps in the process that may require additional review.
Resolve complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes; escalate breakdowns in the process by asking the right questions and identify/involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns.

Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
Reliable private internet connection that isnotsupplied via cellular data or hotspot is required
A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of site sight to every device on the network
Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year experience in SQL programming and Visualization
At least 1 year of experience in Process management or Project management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree OR military experience
2+ years of experience in SQL programming, Visualization, or SQL
2+ years of experience in Process management or Project management
