Inside Sales, Outbound - UK Market
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pipelines of existing and prospective client merchants to develop their ePayments solution strategy.
- Keep clients ahead of the game by upgrading their solutions with the latest PayPal product suite.
- Work with fast-growing merchants, providing guidance on how to elevate their business.
- Navigate all aspects of B2B sales processes and deliver a value-based sales proposition to decision-makers.
- Make multiple daily outreaches, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to lead merchants through the sales cycle.
- Achieve success measured by KPIs linked to a generous Sales Target Incentive program.
Daily Duties:
- Manage outbound telephone calls, pitching PayPal’s full product suite.
- Acquire new merchants and cross-sell/upsell to existing customers.
- Support merchants through the full sales cycle, from early engagement and discovery to negotiation, contracting, implementation, and go-live.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
- Build strong working relationships with internal PayPal stakeholders (Pricing, Compliance, Legal, Product, Risk, and Integration) to ensure an outstanding merchant experience.
- Gain extensive knowledge of the payments industry and demonstrate benefits to merchants through a consultative selling approach.
- Deliver on monthly financial targets based on revenue and profitability.
About You:
- Fluent in English.
- Self-driven, dedicated, and motivated to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships.
- Proven track record in a sales role.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in outbound calling.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural, and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on productivity, such as calls, talk time, and pipeline management.
- Excellent organizational skills.
