Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accountable for planning, orchestrating and delivering of key workstreams and initiatives across our Manufacturing Division organization; candidate should have experience with the development of project charters, project plans and risk mitigation.

• Experience working in across geographies to drive projects across global functional stakeholders.

• Rigorously manages deliverables to balance business objectives, stakeholder needs, cost, and timelines.

• Drives solid risk management planning (risk identification, analysis, response planning, monitoring, and control), including escalation as necessary.

• Utilizes project management tools in order to identify key milestones, develop appropriate timelines, and formally track all project progress until completion.

• Promotes team collaboration and effectiveness across countries, regions, and time zones.

• Represent our Manufacturing Division SS in Tier meetings and discussions to plan for premier capabilities and stakeholder value generation.

• Coordinate and manager relationship with finance, hiring/ HR, operations, Communication and Change Management,

• Manage and track the global our Manufacturing Division SS use cases funnels for delivery to our Manufacturing Division teams.

• Maintain operational trackers to build the story of how our Manufacturing Division SS is evolving and adding value to stakeholders; run daily, weekly and monthly reports for management consumption.

• Communicate effectively across stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve conflicts and prioritize work by engaging with relevant stakeholders.

Required Experience and skills:

• Master’s degree, MBA or Project management professional with experience in business centers of commercial analytics functions

• 7+ years of experience in business management, shared services transitions in large MNS

• Experience leading global project teams and virtual settings.

• Lean Six Sigma experience.

• PMP certification a plus

• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders across functions and geographies.

• Experience with communicating to senior audiences.

• Self-motivation, proactivity, and ability to work independently with minimum direction.

• Proven leadership and influencing skills, along with good analytical / problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to navigate a complex matrix environment.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead with diverse groups of work colleagues and positively manage ambiguity.

• Excellent project management skills, and ability to create scorecards for management reporting.

Preferred Experience and skills:

• Manufacturing industry knowledge and pharmaceutical will be a plus.
