The Role:
Theis an intermediate level position responsible for supporting IAM Governance program and project initiatives. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the consistent execution of and adherence to Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policies.
Responsibilities
- Support Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs and initiatives
- Manage IAM governance workstreams including (but not limited to) User Feedback, Entitlement Data Quality, and Application Compliance/Exemptions in alignment to IAM standards
- Serve as a liaison between IAM Governance, business partners, and development teams in prioritizing IAM tool enhancement requests
- Identify potential Information Security (IS) risks and make recommendations for enhancements
- Facilitate meetings and effectively communicate on complex security topics and safe IS practices with all levels of the organization
- Ensure that controls are utilized daily and that any non-compliance remediation is addressed
- Provide IAM consulting services including interpreting and/or clarifying IS policy, procedures, standards and concepts
- Assist with defining and implementing IAM standards to align procedures and practices in compliance with Citi and industry standards
- Research and advise on safe IS practices and requirements in Citi's dynamic landscape
- Validate compliance with IS policies, practices, and procedures, and resolve a variety of IS related issues in coordination with the business
- Help mentor more junior team members and assist with the coaching and training of new team members
- Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
Qualifications
- years' experience in Information Security/Cybersecurity Governance working with policies, standards, and controls in the IAM space(e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA, etc.)
- Must have experience with MS SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Jira or other project management tools is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to research and apply industry-current Information Security standards
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Ability to operate with limited supervision
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven relationship management and influencing skills
- Proven analytical skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Technical Certifications are a big plus (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, etc.)
