Lead the overall IT strategy for the HCM separation as part of the Advanced Materials divestiture.
Develop, enhance, and execute a detailed project plan for HCM separation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Collaborate with senior leadership across various business units to ascertain requirements and expectations for the HCM systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders, addressing concerns and providing updates on project milestones and progress.
Oversee the execution of all phases of the HCM separation project, ensuring critical milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Identify risks associated with the HCM systems and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
Work closely with the central IT division to ensure infrastructure and technology frameworks are established in line with separation requirements.
Coordinate integration and migration of HCM software and data, working with relevant IT teams to facilitate seamless transitions.
Develop deep expertise in Honeywell’s HCM systems and processes, advising stakeholders on best practices and compliance considerations.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for users to promote effective change management practices throughout the transition.
Ensure that all HCM systems are configured in compliance with employment laws and regulations, safeguarding employee data throughout the transition process.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any potential liabilities and ensure that all aspects of separation adhere to legal standards.
Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the performance and effectiveness of HCM systems post-separation.
Gather feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT leadership roles, with significant experience in HCM systems management and divestiture processes.
Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects, particularly in complex organizational transitions or separations.
Strong understanding of HCM technologies and their integration within broader business systems.
Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in relevant project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
Experience with data migration, compliance regulations, and data security standards in relation to HCM systems.
