Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the overall IT strategy for the HCM separation as part of the Advanced Materials divestiture.
    • Develop, enhance, and execute a detailed project plan for HCM separation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership across various business units to ascertain requirements and expectations for the HCM systems.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders, addressing concerns and providing updates on project milestones and progress.
    • Oversee the execution of all phases of the HCM separation project, ensuring critical milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
    • Identify risks associated with the HCM systems and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
    • Work closely with the central IT division to ensure infrastructure and technology frameworks are established in line with separation requirements.
    • Coordinate integration and migration of HCM software and data, working with relevant IT teams to facilitate seamless transitions.
    • Develop deep expertise in Honeywell’s HCM systems and processes, advising stakeholders on best practices and compliance considerations.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for users to promote effective change management practices throughout the transition.
    • Ensure that all HCM systems are configured in compliance with employment laws and regulations, safeguarding employee data throughout the transition process.
    • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any potential liabilities and ensure that all aspects of separation adhere to legal standards.
    • Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the performance and effectiveness of HCM systems post-separation.
    • Gather feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT leadership roles, with significant experience in HCM systems management and divestiture processes.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects, particularly in complex organizational transitions or separations.
  • Strong understanding of HCM technologies and their integration within broader business systems.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in relevant project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
  • Experience with data migration, compliance regulations, and data security standards in relation to HCM systems.
