About the Role

What You'll Do

1 . Designing technology strategy & architecture, propose SaaS development guidelines and recommend best practices.

2 . Design, build, and deploy technical changes leveraging Oracle HCM cloud capabilities

3 . Strong knowledge of Integration frameworks, Data & reporting strategies, and various customization guidelines to ensure scalability and reduce tech debt on long-term.

4 . Innovating in the technology space as well as developing custom functionality leveraging our integration platforms.

5 . Be an ambassador of following industry-standard best enterprise engineering practices on security, observability, monitoring, and deployment

7 . Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses to evaluate new initiatives, products, risks, and opportunities.

10 . Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and operational skills to evolve the application strategy based on research, data, and industry trends

Basic Qualifications:

1 . 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience as technical consultant and/or engineer Oracle HCM and in general, fusion cloud applications

2 . Proven experience in Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Visual Builder, OTBI & BIP Reports, Page personalizations, Workflow customizations, Fast formulas, Redwood design, Security Framework etc.

3 . Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM cloud technical capabilities, extensibility, Development and deployment methodologies

4 . Proven experience of working across at least 2 end-to-end HR transformation projects on Oracle HCM cloud

5 . Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud implementation methodologies.

6 . Hands-on experience with building solutions across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud technical areas

7 . Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting multi-platform technical issues.

8 . Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

9 . Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

10 . Experience using JIRA, Lucidchart, and other project management tools.

11 . Eagerness to work on complex problems and learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

1 . Experience on non-Oracle systems like Workday, Service NOW etc.

2 . Knowledge of various data and integration architecture patterns outside of SaaS applications

3 . Expertise in working on functional configurations in 1 or 2 functional areas within Oracle HCM cloud

4 . Exposure to programming and software engineering in 1 or 2 disciplines

5 . Certifications on Oracle HCM/Fusion cloud Implementation on relevant areas for this role
