The NICE CX Internal Partner Executive is responsible for several aspects of lead development within the NICE CX channel ecosystem. Internal Partner Executives will follow up on unconverted registered leads, prospect into partner provided lists, set up meetings to help recruit small partners, prospect into partner customer base, and set intro meetings with agents/resellers who do not currently have active relationships with NICE CX or are otherwise not engaged. Works under minimal supervision with considerable latitude for independent judgment. Typically requires five or more years of related experience.

How will you make an impact?

  • Assign leads to Channel / AE
  • Prospecting / identifying potential future clients and decision makers
  • Document lead progress
  • Notify disqualifications
  • Lead follow up / registration
  • Take point on setting up prep calls, AE assignments, and communication back to the partner

Have you got what it takes?

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years software or telecommunications sales experience required with demonstrated success in a quota-bearing environment
  • 1 year outbound lead generation, sales development, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent targeted questioning skills
  • Superior verbal communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior level executives
  • Self-discipline and responsible time management
  • Advanced computer usage skills including prior usage of Salesforce and MS Excel
  • Ability to present NICE products when necessary

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience in a SaaS company
