- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in internal and executive communications, with a focus on writing and strategic communications.
- Experience with creative writing and visual design, including presentation slide design.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to develop internal and executive communications in these languages.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience project managing and coordinating content for events.
- Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and succeed in ambiguity.
- Effective teamwork skills, with ability to lead efforts across disciplines.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
