As the Senior Manager, SAP Group Reporting, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects related to group reporting. You will lead a team of SAP professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute SAP Group Reporting projects, including Consolidation, Intercompany matching, reconciliation and elimination, currency translation and minority interest calculations.

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP analysts and consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

• Ensure the alignment of SAP Group reporting processes with overall business strategies and objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP landscape to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions.

• Provide expert knowledge and support for SAP Group Reporting, ICMR and GRDC
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing SAP Group Reporting/BPC projects.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.

• Strong understanding of SAP Group reporting, ICMR and GRDC modules and their integration with other SAP modules.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• PMP, SAP certification, or equivalent is highly desirable.
