- 10+ years of technical sales or business development experience in enterprise software/training
- Proven track record of closing deals $1M+
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and corporate training technologies
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Experience with AI-powered learning platforms
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training delivery platforms
- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
- Background in instructional design or corporate L&D
- Certification in relevant technical domains
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
