JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
3 years of experience in advisory and regulatory within the intellectual property, media and technology related areas in Malaysia.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of privacy, consumer protection, antitrust, contract, content moderation/safety, or IP law issues in a technology context.
Ability to be well-organized and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
Ability to work on a broad variety of matters from the complex matters to the routine standard matters.
Excellent problem solving, negotiation and agreement drafting, people management and leadership skills.
Good sense of humor and commitment to professionalism.
